TRIO® - Quality Standards
The three primary components that encompass the TRIO brand of data collector/field analyzer from Symphony Industrial AI (formerly Azima DLI) are sourced by a variety of OEMs to the specifications defined by Symphony Industrial AI Product Management and Quality Assurance teams. All components are scrutinized for compatibility with the product line and systematically tracked through its lifespan for defects or quality limitations.
TRIO® Data Processor
Symphony Industrial AI is the manufacturer of record for the TRIO Data Processor (DP-1, DP-2, and DP-2H presently). Symphony Industrial AI contracts multiple sources for engineering design and manufacturing support. Symphony Industrial AI performs best due diligence to ensure all contractors of Symphony Industrial AI follow the Symphony Industrial AI quality standards. The Symphony Industrial AI Quality Assurance (QA) Statement addresses this direction. The Data Processor carries an ETL listing for the Data Processor; UL 610101 for ordinary use (DP-2) and ISA 12.12.01:2015 & CSA C22.2 No. 213-2015 for HAZLOC Class 1, Division 2 use (DP-2H). This statement can be found in the TRIO DP-2H Authorization to Mark r2, which covers both DP models.
TRIO® Triaxial Sensor
The standard sensor included with the TRIO hardware is manufactured by PCB/IMI (model EX629M33A). PCB does carry ISO 9001 certification for manufacturing, including the Symphony Industrial AI branded sensor.

TRIO® Tablet Controller
Symphony Industrial AI continually evaluates tablet manufacturers to provide the continually evolving controller for the TRIO product line. Symphony Industrial AI performs best due diligence to ensure all original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) follow the Symphony Industrial AI quality standards. All compliance documentation is provided in the Symphony Industrial AI Resource Center as applicable to the OEM product.
